cranberry coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1/3 of green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 of red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 150g cranberries
  • other optional vegies are red capsicum strips or shredded carrots and mango slices
  • 1/2 cup mayonaise
  • 1 lime juiced
  • wasabi paste 

Method

  1. Mix all vegetables together, including cranberries.
  2. Mix the mayonaise with lime juice and wasabi to taste.
  3. Combine both well and transfer to a serving bowl.
  4. Refrigerate for 1/2 to 1 hour before serving to allow flavours to combine.

This salad is great to serve with any BBQ meats, chicken or especially fish if mango is included.
