cranberry coleslaw

Ingredients
- 1/3 of green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1/4 of red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 150g cranberries
- other optional vegies are red capsicum strips or shredded carrots and mango slices
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1 lime juiced
- wasabi paste
Method
- Mix all vegetables together, including cranberries.
- Mix the mayonaise with lime juice and wasabi to taste.
- Combine both well and transfer to a serving bowl.
- Refrigerate for 1/2 to 1 hour before serving to allow flavours to combine.
This salad is great to serve with any BBQ meats, chicken or especially fish if mango is included.
