White Nectarine Tart

Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 4 ripe white nectarines
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tbsp butter melted
- pinch cinnomon
- icing sugar for dusting
Method
- Place pastry on a lined baking tray. Lightly score a 2cm line around the edge of the pastry. Do not cut through the pastry though.
- Wash, dry and cut nectarines into thick slices and arrange on the pastry.
- Mix together flour, sugar, cinnomon and butter until it forms a crumble.
- Sprinkle crumble mixture over the nectarines.
- Bake until golden brown in a preheated oven (1800C).
- Once cooked dust with icing sugar and serve warm with cream or ice cream.
