White Nectarine Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 4 ripe white nectarines
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • pinch cinnomon
  • icing sugar for dusting

Method

  1. Place pastry on a lined baking tray.  Lightly score a 2cm line around the edge of the pastry.  Do not cut through the pastry though.
  2. Wash, dry and cut nectarines into thick slices and arrange on the pastry.
  3. Mix together flour, sugar, cinnomon and butter until it forms a crumble.
  4. Sprinkle crumble mixture over the nectarines.
  5. Bake until golden brown in a preheated oven (1800C).
  6. Once cooked dust with icing sugar and serve warm with cream or ice cream.
