  1. Will I save money by shopping with you?

    Our produce is delivered to your door saving you the time, money and effort of going to the shops. Also, the produce will be fresher which will increase its fridge life and decrease the amount you throw away. Our prices will be competitive with shopping at any quality retail store.

  2. What is your delivery area and times?

    We deliver from Edmonton to Palm Cove Monday to Friday. You can specify either a morning or afternoon delivery. If you live in Gordonvale we deliver Monday to Friday in the morning only. There is a delivery cost of $7.70 per order. Alternatively you can pick your order up at no cost.

  3. Can I avoid the delivery payment of $7.70 and pick the order up myself?

    Yes you can choose to pick your order up and avoid the $7.70 delivery fee. Our address and a map to find us are on the contact page. You must book in pick up in the morning between 9:00am and 11:00am or in the afternoon between 3:30 pm and 5:30 pm. The same cut off times apply for pick up. That is, the order must be placed before 6:00am for morning pick up and before 10:00 am for afternoon same day pick up.

  4. How can I pay for the service?

    We accept MasterCard, Visa and Bankcard via a secure page of the ANZ bank site. Transactions are processed by the bank and we keep no record of your card details. We only store details about your order and contact information. There is no minimum purchase.

  5. When do I need to place my order?

    If you place your order by 6:00am we can deliver it that morning. Orders place by 10:00 am can be delivered that afternoon. Or you can book your delivery for anytime in the future.

  6. Do I need to be present to accept delivery?

    No. You can leave instructions for us to place your order in a location that suits you. However we accept no liability for goods after delivery.

  7. Is the produce fresh?

    We receive produce from all over Australia with deliveries landing up to four times a week. Many lines come direct from farms locally and also direct from farms all over the country. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our delivery please email us within 12 hours of receipt of goods to arrange a replacement with your next order.

  8. Can I place a special order for something exotic?

    Need something special for a party next week? Just email us five days prior to when you want the order delivered for us to source any available produce within Australia.
